Open the launcher, next click the "Play" button then select "Multiplayer" from the menu.
Click "Add Server" tab and input the text 51.81.168.37:25578 on the "Server Address" box then hit "Done".
Once the connection is available and turns green you may click on "Join Server" button to play on Higher Vanilla Survival.

I have been playing on this server for 3 months. Its a nice server if you are looking for something long term were you don't have to worry about server resets. Although there are not a lot of people on here at the time but other than that it's nice to just play Minecraft's and chill meet new people every so often.
